After being postponed twice due to the wildfires that hit LA last month, the Critics Choice Awards finally took place!!
The event was held at Santa Monica’s Barker Hangar, just a few miles from the fire-damaged Pacific Palisades area. This year, the ceremony happened on an unusual Friday night schedule, and things weren’t quite the same as before. The usual red carpet pre-show, which is typically aired on E!, was canceled—though the network still broadcasted the main event.
Fashion lovers were eager to see what the stars brought to the red carpet. With nominees like Timothée Chalamet, Angelina Jolie, and Demi Moore in attendance, there were plenty of stunning looks. But given the circumstances, many celebrities opted for understated, all-black outfits and subtle tributes to LA—similar to what we saw at the Grammys last weekend.
